MTI’s Test Engineering department provides an in-depth, robust environment for Automatic Test System (ATS) and Test Program Set (TPS) development. MTI’s test engineering personnel have extensive experience in all aspects and engineering disciplines related to Automatic Test Systems (ATS), avionics test development, and life cycle sustainment for weapon system support equipment.

• ATS design and development including system hardware design, operating systems, test executives, advanced software drivers, and comprehensive system self-test.
• New development and re-host of Test Program Sets using a wide array of test program languages including ATLAS-416, 716, IFTE ATLAS, CASS ATLAS, Mediator, Teradyne L200, LASAR, CADAT, HP Basic and National Instruments’ Test Stand, LabView and LabWindows/CVI.
• Ruggedized and portable ATS design and development including deployable systems.
• ATS and Integrated Test Adapter (ITA) assembly and test.
• ATS modernization including replacement of obsolete test resources and insertion of new technology.
• Technical Data Package development consisting of a wide array of requirements documents, fault coverage analysis, maintainability, accuracy analysis, and flow diagrams.
